COR COTTAGE is an early 18th century beamed cottage situated in the heart of old Whitby within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and transport facilities. It fronts onto the cobbled Church Street, which leads to the famous 199 steps ascending to Whitby Abbey. The entrance to the cottage is through Arguments Yard. The immediate area has several good quality restaurants and pubs and the property has its own private, free car parking space.

Accommodation

The cottage is decorated to a high standard.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen and a large lounge with dining area.
On the first floor is the bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds, one of which can be extended to a double.
The second floor bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
Private patio area at the rear.
On a private yard leading down to the harbour.

Sky TV to lounge, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities, central heating, enclosed outside patio area with garden furniture.
All beds are provided with duvets and pillows. Please bring covers, pillowslips, sheets and towels.
There is a free car parking space for one car for the duration of a holiday. It is approximately a 15 minute walk away from the property. It is still possible to stop outside the cottage for the purpose of unloading the car.

The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people.
