COR COTTAGE is an early 18th century beamed cottage situated in the heart of old Whitby within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and transport facilities. It fronts onto the cobbled Church Street, which leads to the famous 199 steps ascending to Whitby Abbey. The entrance to the cottage is through Arguments Yard. The immediate area has several good quality restaurants and pubs and the property has its own private, free car parking space.

Accommodation

The cottage is decorated to a high standard.
On the groung floor there is a large living room with dining area, plus a separate modern kitchen.
On the first floor is the bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite with toilet and shower. From this room there is a view down Arguments Yard towards the harbour. The second bedroom on this floor has two single beds.
On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a king size bed, plus a single bed.
To the rear of the house there is a private patio area with a table and chairs, where you can sit in complete privacy.
The house is on a private yard, with direct access to the harbour.

Sky TV to lounge, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities, central heating, enclosed outside patio area with garden furniture.
All beds are provided with duvets and pillows. Please bring covers, pillowslips, sheets and towels.
There is a free car parking space for one car for the duration of a holiday. It is approximately a 15 minute walk away from the property. It is still possible to stop outside the cottage for the purpose of unloading the car.

The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6/7 people.
